"Despite following the instructions at least FOUR TIMES with regard to resetting the password, etc, it still DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. I cannot sign in to change my details nor can Virgin change the details. I have tried to sign in using the vm.tv code, but that does not work either. It does not connect to my tv. Virgin responded by telling me to clear the cache and use a different browser, but it still does not work! Quite simply, a load of pointless rubbish"
